We were incredibly honoured to be named Certified Professional Home Builder of the Year at the 2025 SRHBA Housing Excellence Awards. To be recognized in our own community, among so many talented local builders, means a lot to our entire team.

We’ve been building homes across Saskatchewan for over 40 years, and this award is a reflection of everything that’s gone into that journey. It represents the relationships we’ve built with our trades, the steady craftsmanship that goes into every home, and the care our team brings to the table day after day.

What we’re most proud of, though, is the people behind the scenes. From our site supervisors and construction leads to our incredible trade partners, sales team, and office staff, every single person plays a part in making sure our homes are built with quality, consistency, and care. The people in the office might not wear steel-toed boots, but they’re the ones coordinating the paperwork, answering questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

And to our homeowners, we want to say a sincere thank you. Thank you for trusting us with something this important. Your home is more than a build to us. It is a responsibility. We know that behind every contract is a family making a huge decision, and we take that trust seriously. We know we’re not perfect, but we work hard to be open, accountable, and steady from start to finish. When things get tricky, we stay in it with you. That’s what this award means to us. It’s not just recognition, it’s a reminder of the trust you place in us and the responsibility we carry because of it.
